To celebrate International Women’s Day join me for a free Foundations Pilates Class online. Friday 8th March 10 - 10.30 am via zoom. No previous Pilates experience necessary, I will introduce to the foundational principle of Pilates of breath, posture and inner core recruitment…including pelvic floor muscles as we we work through a series of Pilates moves. It is not appropriate if you have an acute injury or referred nerve pain of pain, pins and needles or numbness. Get in touch for the zoom link.
