New class starting! Supportive Class for Chronic Pain.

Do you know you need to move, and perhaps exercise more, but you’re nervous your pain might get worse?

This class is for people with chronic pain: a low level, supportive and informed class. A slower pace and sensitively led. To join this class you need to have a one to one session with me first, so I can tailor class movements from an informed assessment and discuss any anxieties too. Click here to express interest.

As someone who has rheumatoid arthritis it is important that I keep mobile and active without irritating my joints and Beth has definitely helped me achieve this. I would highly recommend Beth if you are looking for a Pilates instructor that is kind, friendly and excellent at what she does.

How do I get started?

I’m looking forward to hearing from you so get in touch 

  • I’ll then send you out some health forms so you can exercise safely.

  • You can come a long for a trial class with no commitment.

  • If you decide to join I ask people to either come for a one to one session for a postural assessment and to learn the foundations of Pilates with me or by watching my video.

  • For all except the PAYG Post Natal online class I ask that you pay in advance for a half term of classes. Concessions will be considered.

All this will get you set up to start your Pilates journey with safety and confidence
